Super Easy Granola Recipe | Simple & Flavorful Baked Fuji Apple flavored

What ingredients do you need?

To make your own granola, you will need rolled oats, nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans), seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds), honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, and your choice of dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots).

INGREDIENTS you'll need:

1/3 cup melted refined coconut oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup  
1-2tsp Halo Pantry's FUJI Apple flavoring (or any of our flavoring extracts)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 egg white 
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup any Nuts/seed of choice 
1 cup any dried fruits of choice
1/2 cup shredded coconut  

How do you make it?

1. Preheat your oven to300 - 325°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, and seeds.

3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey or maple syrup and coconut oil until melted.

4. Stir in Halo Pantry's FUJI Flavoring or any our flavoring extracts (to substitute vanilla). Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure everything is coated.

5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake at 300-325F for 30 mins on a single sheet pan. Then, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown. Check & stir at 15min mark & press to compact layer to help form clusters. Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.

7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

8. Once cooled, add the dried fruits and mix well.
