Gluten Free Banana Milk Tea Cake with Milk Tea Buttercream Frosting

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Combine the follow ingredients and pour into an 8x8 square cake pan and bake at 350F for 40-50min. Let cool before adding your frosting.

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Baking Flour 
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas, peeled 
  • ½ cup softened butter 
  • ½ cup milk (any)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp Halo Pantry's Milk Tea flavoring extract

Milk Tea Buttercream Frosting:

  • ½ cup softened butter 
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp any milk
  • 2 tsp Halo Pantry's Milk Tea flavoring extract
