Originated from the Philippines, the root vegetable Ube (ooh-beh) is a purple yam popular for its versatile usage in dessert favorites such as ice-cream, pastries, smoothies, and cakes. Ube has a smooth and mild sweet taste profile, slightly nutty notes, vanilla-like flavor.

Halo Pantry’s UBE flavoring is colorless and contains absolutely no artificial ingredients which allows you total control of your own recipes.

Our natural flavorings can be added to any baking, cooking, confectionary or drink recipe. For best results, mix in 1-2 teaspoon of flavoring for each 1 cup of wet ingredients of your recipe. Add more flavor to achieve desired taste.

Amazing & Authentic flavor!

I have tried many other ube extract products out there and this one is the best tasting one I’ve had to date. I love that it is colorless and has minimal ingredients too.
