Originated from the Philippines, the root vegetable Ube (ooh-beh) is a purple yam popular for its versatile usage in dessert favorites such as ice-cream, pastries, smoothies, and cakes. Ube has a smooth and mild sweet taste profile, slightly nutty notes, vanilla-like flavor.

Our flavorings can be added to any baking, cooking, confectionary or drink recipe. For best results, dilute 1 teaspoon of flavoring for each 1 cup of wet ingredients of your recipe. Add more flavor to achieve desired taste.
