Best Recipe for Milk Tea & Thai Tea Mini Bundt Cakes with Honey Boba
CAKE RECIPE:
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Mix 2/3 cup butter & 2 cups granulated sugar
- Add 2 whole eggs & blend
- Add 3 cups cake flour & blend
- Add 2-1/2 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp salt.
- Add 1/2 cups milk or non-dairy milk of chose
- Blend ingredients throughly & split batter in half into two bowls for each Flavoring.
- First Bowl of mixed ingredients, stir in 2 tsp of Halo Pantry's MILK TEA Flavoring. For the Second bowl of blended ingredients, stir in 2 tsp of Halo Pantry's THAI TEA flavoring and mix evenly.
- Pour in a mini bundt pan (makes 6 total, 3 of each flavor) lightly spray pan with nonstick oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
FROSTING RECIPE:
- Add 3 cups confectionary powdered sugar
- Add 1 stick of unsalted butter (soft/room temp)
- Add 1-2tbsp milk or dairy free milk of chose
- Blend ingredients throughly & split frosting in half into two bowls for each Flavoring.
- First Bowl of frosting, stir in 1 tsp of Halo Pantry's MILK TEA Flavoring. For the Second bowl of plain frosting, stir in 1 tsp of Halo Pantry's THAI TEA flavoring and mix evenly.
TAPIOCA PEARLS (BOBA) RECIPE:
purchase the tapioca pearls (amazon) and cook according to instructions on package. add honey or brown sugar after pearls are cooked. you can add the pearls in the center of cake and then apply the frosting. Add more honey boba on top of cake before serving.
