Halopantry.com receives and process orders Monday - Friday.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification regarding shipping/tracking information.

Unfortunately, our products are only sold within the United States and not available for any International marketplace at this time.

All Sales Are Final.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of our food product and as a safety measure. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have. Please reach out to us directly at sonuventuresllc@gmail.com and enter your order # on the subject line your email.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we are ONLY accepting & processing domestic orders within the United States. 

Standard Shipping within the US is FREE for orders of $30+ or more on our website.

For orders under $30, the Economy Shipping flat rate is $5 within the US.

However, you can choose other faster shipping options offered by the carrier services listed at check out on our website. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses and do not offer any local pick-up services. All Shipping Fees (if any) are non-refundable.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Then, once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Risk of lost shipments: The risk of loss shall pass to you as soon as your order is delivered to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. It is your sole responsibility to provide a safe and correct shipping address accessible to common carriers. You hereby release us from any and all liability in the event you (a) provide an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process and/or (b) fail to collect the merchandise from the delivery address you provide during the checkout process.
