Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification regarding shipping/tracking information.
Unfortunately, our products are only sold within the United States & Canada and they are not available for any other International marketplace at this time.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of our food product and as a safety measure. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items, any merchandise items, or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was severely damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Unfortunately, we do not have any control on how packages are handled during transit. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have. Please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and enter your order # on the subject line your email and provide any pictures of the products received.
Currently, we are ONLY accepting & processing domestic orders within the United States. We will begin accept select orders from Canada starting 4/1/2023, as a pilot run. (*Important information below for Canada orders)
Standard Shipping within the United States is FREE for orders of $40+ or more on our website. (does not apply to International Orders)
For orders under $40, the Economy Shipping flat rate is $5 within the United States of America..
However, you can choose other faster shipping options offered by the carrier services listed at check out on our website. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses and do not offer any local pick-up services. All Shipping Fees (if any) are non-refundable.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Then, once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Risk of lost shipments: The risk of loss shall pass to you as soon as your order is delivered to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. We ask that you verify your mailing address before submitting your orders. We have no control of the package once it leaves our facility and in the custody of the selected carriers for delivery of package. It is your sole responsibility to provide a safe and correct shipping address accessible to common carriers. You hereby release us from any and all liability in the event you (a) provide an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process and/or (b) fail to collect the merchandise from the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. Any questions regarding shipping status can be found on the carriers' websites by entering the provided tracking numbers associated with the orders.
If you provide an insufficient address on your order, your package will be returned by the carrier and often subjected to risks of being lost in the mail carriers' distribution centers. If your package is returned to us and you request for reshipment, you'll be responsible for new shipping fees or any other applicable fees from the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc).
IMPORTANT NOTE TO CANADIAN ORDERS
Since all orders ship from California (USA), additional import charges might be added on your order if it is shipped outside of the USA. These additions are decided by your government's Customs Offices. We at SoNu Ventures, LLC (Halo Pantry) have no control over the local charges that may be accessed on imports at the point of entry & upon receipt of shipment by the Canada government.
