How to Make UBE Chia Pudding (Non-Dairy | Sugar Free | Vegan)

UBE Flavor | Chia Pudding Recipe



  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sweetener of Choice (Monkfruit, Stevia, Sugar or Honey)
  • 1-2 teaspoon of UBE flavoring by HALO PANTRY (works with any of our flavorings)
  • optional : add natural food coloring for extra visual appeal
  • combine all the ingredients together & stir evenly in a mason jar. Seal jar & Refrigerate for about 1-2hours until mixture thickens.
  • When ready to eat, top with any fresh fruit & granola or nuts.
