How to Make UBE Chia Pudding (Non-Dairy | Sugar Free | Vegan)
- 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 Tablespoon of Sweetener of Choice (Monkfruit, Stevia, Sugar or Honey)
- 1-2 teaspoon of UBE flavoring by HALO PANTRY (works with any of our flavorings)
- optional : add natural food coloring for extra visual appeal
- combine all the ingredients together & stir evenly in a mason jar. Seal jar & Refrigerate for about 1-2hours until mixture thickens.
- When ready to eat, top with any fresh fruit & granola or nuts.
