These work best for me in baked goods! I was worried they would be too strong for me, especially the milk tea, but they all taste and smell nice, albeit with a sweet, maple-like flavour and aroma more so. Unfortunately, using it in drinks and other non-baked goods is a too strong without at least heating it up a bit to cook off the alcohol since I'm very sensitive to it and caffeine. The whisk is really handy too and a great size.

Conventional ube and pandan extracts are full of alcohol, glucose, and food coloring. I feel much using these extracts in my baking--not only do they contain minimal ingredients, they smell and taste delicious. The three-pack is also great value. I am excited to experiment with all three!
