Our natural flavorings can be added to any baking, cooking, confectionary or drink recipe. For best results, mix in 1-2 teaspoon of flavoring for each 1 cup of wet ingredients of your recipe. Add more flavor to achieve desired taste.

I had a dish at a restaurant I had to recreate: ube meringue pavlovas with pandan cream. I wanted something that tasted true and allowed me to control the color of the meringues. This worked an absolute treat. As soon as you open, you can just smell the ube. It tasted great in the meringues. I'm so excited to find a high quality small business for flavorings !
This extract has the best flavor and NO ARTIFICIAL COLORING. It is a little pricey but worth it! We add our own plant-based color!
We love this ube extract! My husband uses it to make ube gelato. My only issue is with the $5 coupons the company sends with each purchase. We’ve tried to use them but it says the coupon does not apply to our order, even though it specifically says “Get $5 off your entire order any size.”
Great Ube Flavor
Got the ube extract and used it to make ube syrup to put in matcha and it is very good! I am very satisfied with the taste and have made many matchas since making the syrup.
